Louisiana Infrastructure Technical Assistance Corporation (LITACorp)
Supporting Local Communities.
Driving Federal Investments.
The Louisiana Infrastructure Technical Assistance Corporation (LITACorp) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to advance the economic prosperity of Louisiana communities. LITACorp is a collaborative partnership between the Louisiana Municipal Association and the Police Jury Association of Louisiana to assist local governments with accessing federal grants through the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act to construct, improve, and repair public infrastructure in rural and economically distressed communities.
“I hear the same thing from local leaders everywhere I go—you’re doing everything you can to move your community forward but navigating federal processes while managing daily responsibilities feels downright impossible. I cut my teeth as economic development coordinator for the Tensas Parish Police Jury and later serving under two governors and the federal government. I know the challenges, and I know the hurdles you’re facing.
You are not alone. You, your community, is exactly why LITACorp was created. We help you face the hard conversations, understand your reality, and walk with you toward real solutions. Communities across the country are securing these funds to improve their future—there is no reason Louisiana rural communities can’t do the same.
With LITACorp in your corner, you can get off the sidelines and get in the game. So, let’s do this together! When we work together anything is possible.”
