Louisiana Infrastructure Technical Assistance Corporation (LITACorp)
Supporting Local Communities.
Driving Federal Investments.
The Louisiana Infrastructure Technical Assistance Corporation (LITACorp) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to advance the economic prosperity of Louisiana communities. LITACorp is a collaborative partnership between the Louisiana Municipal Association and the Police Jury Association of Louisiana to assist local governments with accessing federal grants through the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act to construct, improve, and repair public infrastructure in rural and economically distressed communities.
“Across Louisiana, the communities that will thrive tomorrow are the ones making deliberate choices today. Planning for the future is no longer just about roads and water systems—it is about building infrastructure that supports innovation, connectivity, and transportation. Local governments must look beyond immediate needs and consider how technology can be integrated into operations to improve efficiency and expand services to residents. When strategic planning includes smart investments in infrastructure and technology, it strengthens quality of life, attracts opportunity, and positions communities to compete in a rapidly changing world. LITACorp is uniquely positioned to help turn those plans into reality—providing the expertise and support needed to secure funding, strengthen infrastructure, and move Louisiana forward.”
